Female genital mutilation is 100% preventable. Collaboration is needed in communities, governments, schools & the health sector to #EndFGM. The WHO has launched updated evidence-based guidance on preventing & managing health complications that result from this harmful practice.

Governmants can:
  • Engage communities
  • Train Healthworkers
  • Invest in prevention
  • Enact anti-FGM Legislation
